Walker Sandford Property Management Ltd incorporate William Cherry & Sandford, a factoring company with over 100 years of service. Walker Sandford itself has now been trading for over sixteen years.
Walker Sandford has two core duties in relation to property management. The first of these is to facilitate the maintenance of the common areas. This will take the form of taking instruction from proprietors for required repairs. We will in turn instruct suitable contractors on behalf of the proprietors.
